Body:
5km / 10km:  Every runner should start from the bottom, even Drake.   The 5km are also things to do for kids.  The most important factor to consider before pursuing a sport is having the right equipment.  Avoid unnecessary injuries and pain by having the proper footwear.
21km:  This is where you climb through the brick wall.  You will feel fatigue during the race, but every runner running the same course as you will continue to inspire you to run, including volunteers dressed in costumes, and live band music.
42km:  What to do in Ontario to increase your record time?  Join a running club like Brooks Running club, Running Room that provide advice, exclusive sales on shoes, running partners and celebrations after the run.  Building your network is great while being a student because so many opportunities can arise from anywhere and anyone.

When is your next marathon run going to be in Ontario?
